Non-Defective Items: If for any reason you decide you do not wish to keep your purchase, you may ship it back to us. However, there will be a $20.00 shipping and handling charge, which includes inspection of the returned item and a re-stocking fee. Please contact us at 1800-247-2344 so that we may email you a return shipping label.

Defective Items: We have a 1 year warranty on all products. If in during this time, your item becomes defective, we will replace the product at no charge to you. Please contact us at 1800-247-2344 so that we may email you a return shipping label. Once our warehouse has received the defective item, we will send a new one. Please note, this process may take 1-2 weeks. Items damaged from NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR will not be replaced. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of Safina Office Products Inc.
